My 10 year old Emily has really gotten into watching Cake Boss lately. She loves it - so much so that she asked her dad if she could learn how to decorate cakes. He has a friend who owns a cake decor centre so Emily was allowed to go and spend some time with her where she told Em all about cake decorating and let Emily practice with the icing tips on a cookie sheet. Emily has made these cakes so far all by herself. i am so proud of her.
